Dear IHMCC client,

We are updating you on the current DHM for Lancaster County that has been extended to 12/23/2021:

”With COVID-19 cases, positivity rate, hospitalizations, and deaths still at high levels, the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) today announced [11/23/2021] that the local Directed Health Measure (DHM) that was set to expire November 24 has been extended through Thursday, December 23. There are no changes to the DHM that took effect August 26. The DHM continues to require that all individuals ages two and older – regardless of vaccination status – wear a mask indoors. The DHM requires business owners to ensure their patrons ages two and older wear masks any time they cannot maintain six feet of separation with non-household members. Directed Health Measure

As such, you will be asked to wear a mask upon entry into our counseling office and remain masked in the waiting area, hallways, and common areas. Your counselor will discuss with you the option to remove your mask while in your counseling session if 6 ft distance can be maintained and if all parties are comfortable.

If you would prefer to switch your in-person session to telehealth, please let us know and we can accommodate this change.

If you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms or have had a fever within the past 24 hours, we ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

The staff of the IHMCC
